    WHAT DO I DOWhat can i do about this ban :(. The situation is my ex roommate was using my xbox (as well as his) to scam people for money on gta and i wasn’t aware until the console ban was enforced and i was informed of the solicitation. i called and tried to submit an appeal on my roommates email but it was already denied. this xbox was a gift from my mother as my previous xbox was damaged and old. i am not happy with the results of his actions and would really deeply appreciated if this could be resolved, i have been trying for months to get this issue sorted out and no one i have talked to has been able to help so please someone tell me what i can do.! the ban started on 12/20/23 and is still active.

    I’ve appealed already and they declined it I’ve explained the situation and I cannot appeal again

    Do you know anyway I can get in touch with an actual person at Activision because I plan on taking some form of action against this people shouldn’t be able to get you a permanent ban when I did nothing I’m not in game chat talking crazy to people I stay in the Xbox party with my friends and play when I have time so I hope they are ready to get sued.

    Get your roommate to buy you a new console. Console bans cannot be reversed.

    Hi, Yē J. If Activision support is not capable of providing further assistance regarding this matter, I'm afraid to say your previous reply is correct, the in-game progress is lost.

    As far as I'm concerned, you can only contact Activision support on their official website at https://support.activision.com/options, but you can try checking their social media, like their Twitter profile https://twitter.com/ATVIAssist. However, I can't guarantee that Activision support can assist if you contact them outside their support page.
