What are your issues with Sea of Thieves

So how is everyone liking Sea of Thieves, other than server based issues. I think this was a terrible choice of first games to add to Game Pass day and date - just server load type stuff.

Me, not so much - I deleted it less than 30 minutes after playing it. I didn't get far (no fights or actual quests). However, I'm not really the market for this - and I knew I wasn't going to like this going in (I hate PVP, anything to do with other people,
and I knew sailing was going to be a problem). I 'm sure I would have had more issues if I got anywhere in the game.

1) This game could really, really, really use a tutorial (or several). Nothing is defined out of the gate (how do you get started, how do you sail, etc)

2) Could the sail be made translucent when sailing (so you can see though it)

3) I wish there was fast travel at least to an introductory quest. I know this is not the point of the game, but it would have been the only way I would have ever actually experienced a quest.

4) On screen mini map maybe

it is called learn how to play, the problem with games nowadays is they all come with tutorials and huds, i would rather learn the game without any help, work out what i am suppose to do that is part of the challenge presented by this game.

why make the sails see through, this is part of the challenge when on your own it is easy enough to move away from the wheel to look, when with a group it promotes team work which is the strength of this game.

fast travel, err nope.

on screen mini map would take away from the game mechanics, did they have minimaps in the real world, no, you have a map table below, use it. having a minimap would ruin the game play and teamwork and it would be useless as it wont show enemy/friendly ships,
the idea is that you don't know where anybody is.

This game is one of the best to come out for a while and will only get better over time.

Being in gamepass is ideal for those that want to try it out, if you don't like it then no harm done just delete it, no point in being negative, this game type can be slow but with some fast sections, it means travelling alot, it means there is no semi automatic
weapons it is what a make your own adventure and have fun with friends game is all about.

Order History while signed into your account, what do you see there? Do you see the Sea of Thieves Mixpot item (Ebon Flintlock pistol)? Also, when in Sea of Thieves, if you visit the Armory Chest on your boat or next to the weapons shop, do you see the
item there?

If you see the Ebon Flintlock pistol in your Order History, that means that it has applied to your account. The Sea of Thieves team has included an issue with some players not being able to see their downloadable content in game via the Patch Notes- 1.0.2 released
today. This issue is being looked into and they did include a potential workaround.

In the meantime, please keep an eye out for updates via the
Sea of Thieves Twitter or via the
official Sea of Thieves site. We appreciate your patience with this.
