What are you doing about resellers

This guy has sold 83 xboxes for 900 plus dollars. It’s disgusting you let this go on . If these were nikes stores would be losing their accounts. You guys do nothing and let your customers be robbed. Perfectly ok with you all I guess. Actual customers twisting in the wind, can’t play games with friends because there isn’t cross play ie nba 2k. Do you care about your customers at all because it doesn’t seem like it. If you did some of these stores that are allowing almost 100 to be sold to the same person would no longer be able to order xboxes.

This is a community based forum so we are just fellow gamers here. But there's not really much Microsoft can do about resellers. It's up to the retailers to do what they can to try to block suspect purchases, but Microsoft can't do anything with what happens after a person buys the product.

That's where you made your mistake you are forgetting that is NOT an authorized reseller

What you are seeing is something completely different

Yes ms cannot control free will but they can control retailers not resellers who buy consoles from retailers

Retailers are controlled by price gouging laws but NOT resellers who havr free will

But you forgetting what you are seeing THAT RESELLER isn't WALMART

Resellers on walmart are like Amazon marketplace they may use the website to sell but they aren't the retailer

They are a third party and not under the control of a controlled market like Russia or china

Free will is NOT illegal

And it's not scalpers who are getting all of them

Some people just take their chances

And get tone and see the profit at reselling so they sell

Also ms cannot control free will so what people do after they buy them is upto them

And retailers have their own controls.nor does ms have the right to control them

And then you get the people who add fuel to the fire by buying from resellers instead of retailers at scalped price planing to complain to ms or the retailer about the scalped price and yes people do make that mistake

Free will is not illegal and resellers do have shops on etailer websites like Wal-Mart which does not fall under gouging laws or ms rules
