Filing a case review is the only possible way to have the suspension lifted. If the enforcement team uphold their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.

It is somewhat of a yes and no situation. The report system exists for players to report people who are seriously doing something they shouldn't, you should never falsely report someone. That being said, falsely reporting someone could theoretically be met
with some sort of repercussion such as a ban or a suspension depending on the severity of the false report. That being the case though, all reports are generally taken as being serious. You should never falsely report someone because that could get them in
a lot of unfounded trouble which, depending on the situation and reason, could roll back on you.

As Smwutches insinuated, a false report wouldn't nearly be enough for you to face repercussion. You would probably have to spam reports or have a group spam of reports to happen in order for something negative to come about... there is no sense in even considering
doing any of that at all. Not as a joke on a friend, as revenge, or just to be rude. Please only report someone if they're doing something that needs reporting.

None of us work with the Enforcement Team, and you can't reach them on the forums or through support, so we can't pretend to know what would happen exactly. Speaking from personal experience, from a few bad eggs I know... its not good business to go around
messing/playing wit the report system. It is an important tool, and it should not be abused.

No. It's typically considered false if you spam report someone who hasn't done anything wrong or report someone you haven't personally seen do anything wrong. Things like that. They could also get a different kind of suspension than just a communication
one too.
