    What are the next OS features Xbox team is working on?


    I see a lot of interesting suggestions at Xbox requests thread. Looking at Alpha release notes, there is not much information. Is there any information that can be given to us? Or only Phil Spencer can give us some spoiler?

    Why isn't the Xbox.com profile showing my Xbox One games played?

    I would call it part of the whole Xbox infrastructure myself. The gamercard and gamerscores are one of the main features of both the Xbox and the website as a whole. There will be totally different teams working on the website and Xbox firmware/OS/Updates/Features.

    I work on the console team and we're already talking about the next set of updates in this area. We'll keep your suggestions in mind as we add more personalization features to Xbox One. Your feedback helps the team decide what we'll work on next.

    Curious: do you think you'd prefer to use Kinect to snap a photo of yourself? Or would you want to use one you already have from a smartphone, PC, etc?

    Will Series X players still be able to connect, play and chat with Xbox One console users?

    We have to wait for Microsoft to officially announce what we will be getting with the next generation of consoles. Like matthewiag mentioned, current and future Xbox consoles as well as Xbox PC Game Pass is all based on the Windows 10 OS. I'm hopeful that
    the backwards compatiblitiy program will improve and expand in the next generation. I think Xbox Live communications, chat and parties will still be there, maybe an improved UI for the features.

    Yea recent players was added, although I don't see any Battlefield 4 players on the list, I trust that's what you're talking about... I'm not suprised it's not working, a LOT of the Xbox OS / game related features are just plain broken.
