I am thinking about switching to Xbox from the PS4 mainly because Sonys business practices havent been very good and they are being to strong on PSN code of conduct. I would like to know if I can still download all of the games I purchased if my account gets suspended. I dont mean to get suspended its because I say [mod removed]. They are being too strict. I would like to know if I can still download my games. Also if my Xbox gets wiped can I still redownloaf th

So if I get suspended do I still get to access my games because on PSN you CAN NOT access your games or even redownload them while suspended. Not even on another account.
As long as you are using your home xbox you can still play your games IF they were already downloaded beforehand. If your account gets banned/suspended and you didnt already have the games downloaded then you would lose access to them.

Microsoft has a similar terms of service/code of conduct. If your account is banned, you forfeit anything on the account, including games. If you're using an Xbox One/Series S/X and you have the console set as your Home console, you can still access the games on a new account, but only while you're using that console.

If your Xbox gets wipe, and you're not banned, you can redownload games.

Thank you for your time. You have answered all my questions. With Sony I get no support. Thank you so much. I’m definitely going to switch
