    hey there i am a part of the xbox rewards but how do i know how much my points are really worth in terms of what i can actually buy from the marketplace

    What are Gold used for in Xbox live and what do they do?

    Gold Membership is a type of account, not a "online currency." Xbox Live uses a point system for transactions...that you can purchase at retail outlets, on Xbox.com, or directly from your Xbox 360 console.

    You have to go to Bungie.net and look at them there. As far as what they do, some have perks attached, like enemies dropping more glimmer, etc, while others just offer a bit of lore in regards to the Destiny universe

    The Real Quad, if I can ask but how do you know it really was a DDoS sans the assuming it was so you would be Kicked Offline from Xbox LIVE? What I mean is, are other Devices (say your PC) effected as well?
