    I just returned my 2nd broken Xbox right out of the box after returning the first broken Xbox and they didnt have anymore Xbox Series S's. I went to a different store (Walmart) and they didnt have any either. Now Im stuck with Xbox games that I bought and an Ultimate pass that Im paying for and cant even use. I am absolutely livid. I have never had a worse experience in all my life. My brother bought this for as a Christmas gift only to deal with all this. Its ruined our Christmas and its ruining our new year of 2023. I am now without an Xbox after buying Xbox games and an Ultimate pass. Is Microsoft going to do anything about this? I dont even know what to say. I'm holding in my anger because what I really want to say I cant. Ive lost hours upon hours of time dealing with this and MY MONEY which I cant get back. I WANT A WORKING XBOX. Two Xboxs broken right out of the box, and cant even get a third because no one has it in stock anymore. I have agoraphobia and a social anxiety disorder and cant deal with this myself and need my brothers help and its causing us so much stress which was suppose to be a nice gift for me. It made me feel awful. Him buying me this Xbox for Christmas has turned out to be a curse. I dont know what to do. Im sad and angry. All I want is a working Xbox Series S.

    Horrible customer service

    They won't take the broken xbox back and refund the money as well. Instead I'm supposed to drive 3 hours back to the original store that I bought the xbox from and return it.

    @RippenHarra how is the Xbox One supposed to detect a broken Kinect if it's broken? Do broken things work in your universe?

    My first Xbox 1 had a broken kinect but was still playable, I eventually returned it to Best Buy only to have it randomly shut off, and now i have no system to play!!

    And Microfoft has terrible returns on it.
