  1. What am I missing?

Hey guys, I have had my rewards acct for almost two years now. I have bought many games, unlocked plenty of achievements, and kept my live subscription current the entire time. I still have yet to receive any rewards points. Is there something that I'm doing
wrong? Is there any way to resolve this? TIA!

    :)

    I am back.

Hi Caillou, and welcome back! I'm the new admin, still finishing a few things up in the back end, so I haven't made a formal announcement about the site's return. But it's coming soon. What am I missing? :D

In order to receive credits, your purchases/actions either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count
towards VIP. You can see all offers for earning credits on the Missions page of the Rewards site.

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

Achievements will only earn credits if they are part of a specific offer (like the current RoboRewards offer). Usually you have to purchase a game (or games) for a specific genre and then earn a specific amount of achievements in that game.

    Hello SO MUCH GANGSTA,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2015, we made some refinements to the program, and performed our annual spending reset. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015,
you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Since your purchases have neither fulfilled any offers, or were made while you had a MyVIP star, they did not qualify for any Rewards Credits. We generally do not award for achievements, unless as part of a special offer. For example, a portion of the Robo
Rewards offer this month awards achievements, but only for achievements from games purchased to complete another portion of that offer. Your Xbox Live subscription only affects the amount of Rewards Credits you earn from your MyVIP stars. Since you do not
have any stars, your subscription does not modify your MYVIP payback.
