I played the powercard in America and was able to reach the personal goal to receive 40 keys. I see that the goal has gone up, so I assume that the goal was reached, so how do I receive the keys?

Everything you are complaining about was 100% intentional. This game is nothing but homages to arcade games of the past, both of these things are by design...

The DH forums no longer exist because this game is no longer under development by DH. There would be no point to posting things there, when they have nothing to do with the game anymore.
