Also remember DVD, BD and CD degrade over time (some disks can degrade within 10 years). So you better back up your CDs onto HDD using losses compression and accurate audio-rip software (e.g. Foobar).

I am disappointed with what was released in the form of avatar gear...

So Black Tusk wasnt even working on a game this whole time? Apparently what they showed at E3 was only a tech demo?..So now what? They start working on Gears and maybe in three years it releases? I thought the demo they showed could be a Crackdown 3 demo.So

Do you own a PS4?



I have both systems and the UI on the PS4 is much better than the Xbox One's. I find it hard to believe that someone who owned both systems and has navigated both UI's would make that statement.



I firmly believe Microsoft will get their act together and make improvements but to say that they are "miles ahead" of the PS4 is laughable.

I don't own both but I've had over 15 hours of gameplay on each and the PS4 is honestly a $400 upgrade that isn't even that great. Comparing games side by side the one looks better on all of them. PS4 UI isn't anywhere near as good as the One or even the
360. the one operates much cooler, heat wise, and quieter. There is nothing on the PS4 that is better than the One. to each his own but I'm glad I stuck with the One, Sony is garbage anyway rather pay an American company my money.

This "fan boy" mentality drives me nuts. Defending a UI that is obviously a step backwards ( no storage management, battery power, friends notifications, and just messy in general ) and stating the PS4 UI which is a giant leap forward from the PS3 isn't
as good.is ridiculous. It's clean, it's fast and it's extremely easy to navigate.



Both consoles are extremely quiet ( I can't tell a difference ) and as far as the games go I'm seeing more frame rate issues on the One than on the PS4.



I want to see the One improve and I believe Microsoft will do so but I'll also give credit where it's due....Sony did an outstanding job with the PS4.

[/quote]Wow, hate sony much? I cant help but disregard your statements made about the PS4 being so much worse than the One just for that fact. Take your blinders off, they both look fantastic and graphically are on equal footing.

I do agree that the PS4 menu is much easier to navigate and actually find what you are looking for. It just works.

But on the One side there is alot more going on and finding something isnt always the easiest of tasks and the voice commands dont work half the time. If you arent logged in but on the home screen I cant get the voice command of "sign in as" to work. Its
like the system wont recognize the command exists unless you ask for more shortcuts, then it takes it.

Both systems need improvement, but I feel the One is much farther behind when it comes to feeling completed. They should have just waited until Q1 of next year to release it. Get everyone spending their Christmas money on it and have a better product ready
to go.
