WH Code Question was not Answered but marked as so

I posted previously, the string was marked as answered, however, the issue has not been resolved.

"Tony" from xb support has failed to reply also.

Now... I find it very, very very hard to believe with the amount of data MS scavenges, collects and records that a list of all those that got the code, does not reside somewhere. After all it had to be collected from the information of those that logged
into and played Halo *.*

Why can a support specialist not simply be able to open a db page, type in the users GT and be done with it. Code retrieved. And do not think to say "It's more complicated than that" because it is not.

It was not a failure on my part, I got the code, redeemed it, it showed up in the que for the game.. then disappeared as the game did its last download the week before the initial release... And to be a good little boy, I waited until the game actually started
to ask what happened.. but that too was a mistake... Because I think those us that preordered the U.E. and lost the DL will now have to wait longer.. and frankly, I don't know about anyone else that bought into it, it is a thumb in our face that are problem
is yet unsolved, while those that did not pre-order ARE getting theres. because now I see them all over in the game.. and I HAVE YET to get an answer

With all due respect, this question may be marked as answered but the response is not or has not been a solution for me. As I mentioned in an earlier post I have tried clearing the cache and downloading the game again - 5 or 6 times. Folks it ain't workin'
throughout the game.

There is currently an issue with regards to using the Warthog DLC in Forza Horizon 3.

Rest assured that if your DLC was successfully redeemed, then it will still be yours to use once the issue has been fixed; it's currently being looked in to by Xbox Support and fingers crossed should be working for the games release on 27th September.

I know it's still mine, I'm not stupid.... And Unless your EMPLOYED by Microsoft your wasting your wishful platitudes on an adult that is quite used to bs stall tactics.

Now.... you can "cross your fingers it's fixed by 27th" that has absolutly nothing to do with me or the others that bought the Ultimate Edition of the game. It was also stated that this content would be available the 23rd for the Ultimate Edition also. Hear

I'm tired of the "oppppps" coming from MS! Groove is constantly opening up the $#%^&* store and downloading a #$R%^&* update when I try and cast too it....

I already had HALO for the 360, I bought Halo MCC collection for this content... IF I WANTED TO WAIT FOR IT I WOULD HAVE WAITED AND GOT IT IN THE GAME LATER.....

Now, I have been deprived of a product I was told was to be available to me on the 23rd... PERIOD.... I paid a non discounted price for HALO MCC... so thats 40 to 50 dollars.....

I WILL ACCEPT A CODE for the 2 DLC EXPANSION PACKS, FREE OF CHARGE for compensation of this egregious violation of a stated advertisement.

Now run along and tell a REAL EMPLOYEE they have an issue to resolve...

Go ahead and check your Forza Horizon 3 inbox for a gifted car - this will be the Halo Warthog car.

Please refer to Eden0032's post and you should be able to find the Warthog in-game. If you have already redeemed a Halo Warthog code, you may need to check your garage within Forza Horizon 3 if you don't see it in your inbox. Additionally, we are unable
to provide any free content here on the support forums.
