    We've Lost Your TV Lineup Issue


    This issue came up back on May 7, 2020, and it's happening again:

    "On my Xbox One X I use the OTA TV Tuner. This evening, I began receiving an error reading: "We've lost your TV lineup." I go through the motions, and I get the same error. I've reset all the settings and done a hard
    reset with no luck. Any ideas what's going on? System is up to date with no other issues."

    This problem is happening again. ****. One day it works, next day it doesn't. How is it that your devices seem to change at a moments notice without any outside influence? No update was applied according to your system update information, but it seems my
    system's been changed in some way. Otherwise why would this issue come up again? Seems to me that things are being done behind the scenes without users being notified. Please correct this issue again, thank you. And before anyone replies with troubleshooting
    steps, please go back to the original post from 5/7/20 to see that this is an issue with the system and needs to be addressed by Microsoft to fix.

    I have the same problem, in fact I removed power to the xbox then turned back on and it factory reset my console. I was able to get it back up and running , it kept my pins but I had to reinstall all apps and games. The problem with the tv Turner persists
    and only started happening today. It was working this morning.
