“We’re sorry, but something went wrong on our end. Please try again”

I have been trying to submit a support ticket for missing Microsoft Rewards points that arent being credited. Ive gone through the entire form, tried changing browsers or even devices (ipad,iphone, windows desktop, dell laptop, etc), but it continously
will not let me submit the customer request ticket. Does anyone have a fix for this or a workaround, is this a common error? This has been going on for almost a week now

Im having the same problem .i put $60 and its saying i only have $14. Also the request a call option is unavailable. Guess im not pre ordering cyberpunk today:'(

thanks! but when I try to see if my controller is under warranty, i get a message that says "We’re sorry, but something went wrong on our end. Please try again later. (YlMmtaSkJ4d/ufyW.0)"

nothing changes my friend, always says "Something went wrong on our end. We’re working on it. Try Again"

Each attempt to get a callback results in a new "Something went wrong at our end. We’re working on it" message. It then gives a "Try Again" prompt. When re-entering the contact number it detects my country, but throws another "Something went wrong at our end. We’re working on it" and "Try Again" cycle.

I've tried with both my landline and mobile numbers - the same thing happens.
