    I preordered Quantum Break on Xbox one just to test out the 2 for 1. Microsoft posted all over the place it would be 7-10 days after day one for your codes but I never got them!

    hi my name is safen and my problem is i did all the xbox quests and i didn't get anything and my friends are getting stuff for free like game pass or xbox live gold or another things and they don't even doing the quests and did not get anything from xbox
    live i checked it twice

    Support is investigating the issue that users have not received their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break.

    All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.

    Unfortunately there is no expected date time yet though

    If you where lucky to win a mixpot it usually is added to the Microsoft Account you where signed in. This could be a mail on your console or added direct to your games and apps. Hope that helps.

    If you are one of the lucky ones it will be added to your account. You can check your order history if you were lucky.
