    We're having trouble retrieving your Insider content.


    The above error has been plaguing me for about 20 minutes now on PC and Xbox. I just want to sign up for a new beta that's going up today!

    I've searched around, but haven't been able to find any solutions. Is it a problem on Microsoft's end? Is there anything I can do to try to get past this?

    Still no resolution. Apparently your support staff regarding billing is completely inept as they had no idea as to why I am “experiencing this problem”. Until this issue is resolved, Microsoft Xbox won’t see another dime from me.

    If you are unable to retrieve your account you will have to purchase the content again for that account.
