Went to store to preload warzone 2 says I own it but no download?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Kindly perform a powercycle on your console and then follow the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Here's the steps from Activision:

"Go to My games & apps and select See all.

Select Full library.

Select All owned games.

Find and select Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0.

Select Install all."

So basically I had warzone and got the modern warfare disc so I had to delete warzone. I got a 100gb update that downloaded warzone and not the multiplayer it says it's suspended but when you click on it, there are many packs to download like multiplayer
2 and special ops 2 and other stuff. If it doesn't show from the inside of the game leave the game and go down you can see your add on in the store.

This did not resolve the issue. I still do not have the option to access Modern Warfare. It only shows options to pre-order Modern Warfare 2, Play Warzone, or Purchase Vanguard. If I view it in the store it says I own the game.

I've had this problem before on my other account. You have to go to the Microsoft store and go to warzone. It should say something about owning it on that account. Since it is free you should be able to purchase it or whatever it says.

I have the same problem but with gta and i dont want to spend money to buy it again i have disc but says i dont own do i have to buy it on the store even when i go to owned games its not there to download
