Well Microsoft support Lebanon for Microsoft rewards

Unfortunately, Microsoft Rewards and other Xbox Services/Products are not available and can't be used in Lebanon. For your reference, you can consult the list of Xbox Supported Countries/Regions at: https://www.xbox.com/regions

im located in lebanon, It seems that microsoft service and repair does not cover lebanon.

Hey Ten, that would be the problem right there. Lebanon is not a supported Xbox Live region, therefore Xbox Live will not work in Lebanon.

According to Microsoft Rewards, it is likely that you are not allowed to redeem the same reward twice. Microsoft Rewards typically has limits on how many times a particular reward can be redeemed, and it’s possible that you have reached the limit for the 100 Robux reward.
