Same issue. I've been waiting 3 and half hours and I'm still unable to play. Still saus I'm too early. I've even uninstalled everything and reinstalled it, hard reset my Xbox, power cycled it and nothing has worked. This is my only day off before the global launch which is why I paid for the early access and I can't even play it

My one's been settling for 24 hours now and despite several restarts installs are still agonizingly slow. Apps are 30 minutes to an hour, games, well I haven't managed to play one yet.

I'm having this problem as well. Been changing and refreshing settings for over an hour but still nothing. I heard it was a parental setting problem but I'm over 18 and the account was upgraded several years ago. My settings say I can purchase anything,
I don't understand why this isn't working.

Well to my knowledge, there has never been a severe breach of security within the Xbox Live service itself, even on the Xbox 360, and that certainly says something about MS. Still, there's no reason to start now.

Its almost 10:40 pt and it stills say im too early anyone else having this issue
