So i wanna pay my gold for play my games but i cant, i have microsoft credits enough to pay, i use gift card because i dont have a credit card, please just want to play

Hi! Mister Fizzle, thanks for the reply. Yeah, I talked to the support and they didn't find any issue with my account. After a few minutes, anyway, I was able to use my account balance from the gift card. But the PayPal issue remains.

The problem is: I can only use the gift card money in the console, where I can choose the payment method. Is there a way to pay with the money I have in the Live account balance in the website?

paying a past due balance on your account for a subscription, then you would need to follow these steps to do so online:

1. Sign in to your Services & subscriptions page with your Microsoft account.
   Note If you don't know your Microsoft account email address or password, use the
   
   Lost Account Solution or the
   Lost Password Solution.
   
2. Find your past due subscription in the list. The amount past due will be in red.
   
3. Select Pay now, and then follow the instructions to pay the balance due.
   

Please be aware that the payment of the past due balance must be done with either a credit or debit card. Gift cards and Microsoft account balances cannot be used to make the payment. If you are still having trouble making the payment, then I recommend you
contact Xbox Support directly for assistance. It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select

(request a call from support or Chat is faster).

account.microsoft.com and signing in and selecting Payments & Billing.
