    Weird voice on Xbox whether I'm in a party or not


    has anyone heard a weird little kid in your party only to look and see that your the only person in the party and when you turn on the Xbox and log in and you hear what sounds like someone joining your party saying hi and you look only to find you haven't
    even started a party at all and only one of your friends hears the same weird voice its scary

    It's not meant to be "party chat" but "chat". Whether ingame or party. But the buttons are not switching between game or party chat, but to control the balance between game sounds and voice chat.

    Xbox App crashing on Windows 10

    Been having the same issue as OP. Don't need to be in a party for it to crash though, I've had crashes on any party inv, whether I'm in a party or not.

    can u use xbox 1 without kinnect and voice commands?

    The only party issue I have is with Battlefield 4. You can't turn on voice chat while already in the game. Kinda weird.

    Thanks for keeping us updated. It is the same for in game, or party chat. The gamer has to choose whether they opt in to having their voice chat broadcast. It is very well a privacy issue.

    I believe that ability to choose whether or not your voice chat is being recorded and broadcast is an important feature on any platform. However, if you would like to voice your opinion/ideas, I encourage you to post them here :

    Xbox party chat on mobile app disconnects everyone

    It could be 2 things that I know of.

    1. Theres been some xbox live services down recently. That couldbe the cause

    2. if the person whos using the xbox app invites everyone to a party. Its not a typical xbox live party. Its a weird private voice chat that I find is very glitchy. For this, who ever is using the xbox app should join a already created xbox live party instead.
