    I was trying to by sea of thieves as its was half price on sale and couldn't as i needed parent consent through the family system. I asked my father of i could be removed so i can buy things freely, he did. I set up my own Microsoft account and went to
    purchase sea of thieves but it said that my account privacy settings wont go through until the 8/1/2019. I ended up getting my friend to gift it to me but again it said i cant play until next year. I was hoping that someone could help me get access to play
    the game before next year as i am very angry and disappointed at Microsoft for making this so difficult and weird to do.

    Unfortunately there's no way around the 30 day security thing. Not even support can lift that.

    I forgot about that as I have a play and charge kit with a dead battery pack so mine is always spinning.

    Have you tried a fresh set of batteries?

    Also maybe check the battery case make sure it is snug.

    Do you have friends signing in? That triggers the lights on the controller as well. :)
