Weird popup when logging in.

When you log in at account.microsoft.com do you have any message popup saying what the problem is and how to fix it?

When you say this must be done from a computer, do you have to be logged in to the computer as the child? My kids do not have Microsoft user accounts on my computer at the present time (though they have in the past). When I log in to Edge and go to aka.ms/familyverify, I get a popup message that says, "This site is trying to open Microsoft family features." When I click on the "open" button, I get another popup box that says "Sign in so you don't miss out." When I click the "Sign in" button on that popup, I am prompted for my Windows laptop PIN. This happens whether I am logged into Edge as myself, my child, or in an InPrivate window.

Hi there! I understand your frustration. Can you please be more specific on what the problem is? Is there an error code or a popup when you try to log in to XBOX Live?

Hey Domas, based on your last post, let's try a few things. First, give that router restart a try. Secondly, see if you can't test the Xbox downstairs, in the same area as the router (connection strength could very well be at play here). Lastly, if the
issue is still occurring, could you perhaps make a video of what you're seeing, so we can take a look? This is especially helpful with issues that may be difficult to describe.

Im in the same boat....It just seems to be Europeans having problems connecting to live. My internet works fine!....Ive been reading online and boards are saying its virgin media. I dont have virgin and i still have a problem!!...it would be great if Microsoft
sent out info!! its very frustrating!!
