Weird Marks on mi disc

    Weird Marks on mi disc


    Why does mi disc have yellow weird marks in the outer part and in the circle? And ive been dropping frames on the game it has those yellow marks.

    Battlefield 3 (Disc 1) will not read...

    Not much of a deep scratch, it was a really weird smudge/mark around the disc.

    I plan on going to the store again, see what they can do...

    That's weird. Mine had a similar mark but in a different spot but I waited too long to replace.

    I have the same...I own Forza Horizons 1 and 2 on disc and both of those now show exclamation marks (although I haven't actually tried to play them since they displayed those marks)...if memory serves, they only appeared since the bad dashboard makeover update a couple of months ago
    It's normal for the disc versions of games to show the exclamation marks, because the license for the games is on the disc, so when the disc is inserted, the exclamation marks will dissappear, but will come back after the disc is ejected.

    as long as the discs are normal round discs that are in balance (so no weird shapes or things attached on the disc), they cannot damage the disc drive.

    If the are a weird shape or things attached to it, it might bounce around and may damage the drive.
