    Weird login issues.


    Okay, this happened a few minutes ago. I turn on my xbox, but I can't sign in to xbox live. There is no error code, no nothing.

    After a bit of panic, I learn that it might be a password issue, so I change it. Turns out, my account was temporarily blocked for 'violating terms and conditions'.

    Thing is I don't remember doing anything of the sort, and when I go to check my history to see what had happened, there was nothing on the page to suggest any wrongdoing whatsoever.

    (For context, I only got my XboxOne a couple days ago.)

    Has this been happening to anyone else?

    Hey, this just happened to me as well. I was last online only a few hours ago, and I know I didn't do anything to warrant a ban (haven't tried resetting pw yet but that's my next step). My Xbox One S is also suddenly not recognizing my wireless AND wired
    controllers.

    You'll definitely need to contact customer support on this one so they can take a look at your account and see what the issue is. You can do it by clicking on the Support tab and requesting a call back or just call 1-800-4MY-XBOX

    Hi Garys Xbox

    unfortunately doesn't seem to be a browser issue. I have tried from different PC using IE8/9 firefox and chrome, but it just doesn't work. I have recovered this gamertag after several years but now I am afraid to purchase a gold memebership and not being
    able to see the achievements online. I would rather prefer to create a new one... nevertheless I am intrigued by the error. Isn't possible to escalate the issue to tech support? Who do I need to contact?

    Sorry for the late reply. When I log in I get the error I have previously mentioned.

    The status says LOADING but I am able to browse the website.

    Right now it says "cannot connect to xbox live" but when I test the connections says everything is fine and also the dashboard seems ok because it has the ads and all that, but as soon as I try to log in with my profile it gives me the error about the "cannot
    connect to xbox live" ***.

    Im from mexico.

    EDIT: Everybody having the same issue????
