Weird graphics issue

My kid turned my xbox one off and on a lot and now the graphics for the games and apps don't work. Any one know how to fix this? Picture below

Thanks for the suggestions! I tried clearing the cache several times but nothing happened. This is gonna sound strange, but it's as if the second (install) disc was just never there... the graphics are just garbage now. Gonna try the USB drive method; if
that doesn't work, then I'm all out of options...

Try uploading disc 2 on a memory stick.

 

No idea how to fix this...

What made them turn the system on and off a lot?

I am curious as I have a problem with my sisters kid breaking the micro usb cable that connects to the xb1 controller, for the life of me I dont understand how they break a usb input wire thats connected to the controller. (Some kids just find a way I suppose)
But my first guess was they broke the controller but further inspection revealed the wire was the fault... watching them more carefully proved it was deliberately done because they wasn't happy being left infront of a tv and wanted to play a game with a real
person.

Fingers crossed check the wires and that could be the problem that saves you alot of hassle and watch the rascals because it might be done deliberately for attention.

I have a dog that brings me its lead for a walk and if I ignore the dog it will bite my wires in half as revenge for not showing attention to him and loving the technology more.
