    Lately my mom tried to set a downtime on my xbox from 9:00 AM to 11:00 pm on google assistant but it didn't work. somehow now there is a downtime but we don't know where it came from and why its there. and if the time limit went through, why can't we see
    it.

    removing and redownloading your profile     as it usually helps resolve problems after someone has made updates to their account.
