    Weird console error I guess


    So, just right now my xbox wasn't turning off for some apparent reason (this started to happen when I was remotely playing my console on my phone), and even if I tried actually turning it off from pressing the button on my actual xbox, the light went off and the console still stayed on. I was able to turn it off by unplugging the cord but it was really weird that it was doing it in the first place.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    It's indeed odd. Kindly turns off your console by following the steps below and then keep it unplugged for an hour to fix the issue.

    Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​
