    i have a "MICROSOFT EVERDE MICROSOFT*PC 1 MONTH REDMOND WA" charge on my bank statement. it looks like it could be the game pass bill but I have not had a game pass in like four months.

    Yup, all resolved, it was a weird interaction with rewards credit expiration and automatic charges for preorders.

    Heya!

    Sorry to hear about the controller issues and apologies for the late reply.

    Are you still having issues with your controllers? Have you been able to test those play and charge kits on another set of controllers to see if they are still working?

    From what you described we would be led to believe the controllers are the issue and not the cables, console, or batteries.
