Weird blots on corner of GTA V disk (Xbox One)

Hey Everyone! I got a GTA V disk from a friend and it has two small blots on the edges. It works fine on his console but won't install past 90% on my console. Why is this? Do these blots affect the game (as they are only on the corners)?

And what causes these blots (so we can be more careful in the future)?

Any way to remove these?

P.S. He's got an Xbox One and I've got a One S. Does this have to do with anything?

Memory for Gta v

Hi so i read that to play gta v i will need 8 gb of space on my hard disk.i have the slim xbox with 4 gb of hard disk.... If i buy a usb pen can i download gta v directley on the usb pen or do i have to download it before on my hard disk and then on the
usb pen????? Please answear

installing disk 2 [the disk you put in to actually start GTA V] will hinder game performance, so don't install disk 2 if you want quality performance...but disk one is the manditory install

 

Hey EastTitan887402! Unfortunately I can't say for sure what caused the marks on the disc. It could be causing the installation errors on your console but because its already installed on your friends console. I would suggest trying the disc on a different
console to see if it is able to install successfully. Thanks!

Yeah will try that. The marks were already there when I got it from him. He doesn't know how they got there. Thank you for replying.
