Weekly Xbox Marketing Emails - no longer receiving

engage.xbox.com is where alot of Microsoft marketing-type emails come from, and it is a valid domain to receive Microsoft-related emails from.

if they are Microsoft email addresses then they are permanently linked to the Xbox account.

if you add an alias email then remove the Microsoft email address it will delete the Microsoft email account and you will no longer be able to access anything else connected to it, such as Office 365, and you will no longer be able to send or receive emails
on that account

Does this mean I won't receive help and I'll never be able to get marketing emails?

Sorry to hear you're upset. Are you set up to receive marketing emails to your email? You can check at this link

You would have been set up to receive marketing emails prior to November 11 of this year. If you were then check your spam/junk folders.

Finally, the gifts that were sent out were done so at random and not everyone received them.

As some have stated these are "random" marketing emails with a discount code. I did not receive a code and a friend of mine received a $5 code not $10.
