    Hello everyone,

    I'd like to report what appears to be a possible Xbox Insider bug and find out whether anyone else has experienced the same issue.

    Around a month and a half ago, I installed the Xbox Insider update that introduced features such as the ability to hide achievement lists and display Xbox badges on user profiles.

    Immediately after installing that update, my Weekly Streak badge completely disappeared from my Xbox profile.

    To clarify, I'm not referring to my Weekly Streak progress itself. The issue is specifically that the Weekly Streak profile badge disappeared. It was visible before the update and has been missing ever since.

    Since this happened, I've tried several ways to resolve the issue:

    • I have contacted Xbox Support through live chat on three separate occasions.
    • I submitted a Report a Problem from my Xbox console shortly after the issue occurred.
    • Today I contacted Xbox Support again, and after reviewing my case they advised me to report it here because they believe it may be related to the Xbox Insider program.

    Xbox Support also explained that they do not have access to Xbox Insider investigations or the ability to restore Insider-related badges, and that the Xbox Insider team would be in a better position to investigate what happened.

    So I'd like to ask:

    • Has anyone else lost their Weekly Streak badge after this Insider update?
    • Is this a known issue?
    • Could someone from the Xbox Insider team check whether this is a synchronization or profile display bug?

    I'm not looking for compensation or anything like that. I'd simply like to know whether this issue can be investigated, as the badge had been part of my profile for a long time and only disappeared immediately after installing that Insider update.

    Badges usually are not issued to everyone.

    We can't toggle it on or off like the Ambassador badge.

    In this case, I recommend you try to contact support, they may be able to update/verify it.

    If you were able to submit a case review and the enforcement team overturned it, then you can email Ambassador staff about rejoining. xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces)

    If you were not able to submit a review, or you were and the enforcement team upheld their decision, then you would not be eligible to rejoin.
