Weekly Game Pass Reward Won't Mark As Complete

I recently got the Game Pass Ultimate and was playing Watch Dogs 2 for the weekly point reward, but I've finished the objective about 4x over by now and it still hasn't been marked as complete on the rewards page. I thought it might be due to the Ubisoft launcher not connecting to the PC Xbox app because of the frown face that showed up on the play button, but that issue was resolved and it still isn't giving me the points. Any ideas of what to do?

This also seems to be affecting game pass rewards which means no daily/weekly/monthly rewards points if goes on for long.

i got the same issue with EA Games. This week Maden NFL 21 weekly quest is not working.

I wrote the the reward support und explain my situation with some infos. This is what i got back from the support. I cant belive its true...

I appreciate the information you provided about the devices you use when completing Xbox Game Pass quests. Please note that only using an Xbox console will mark it as completed.
