Weekly activity report is out by a day

I get a weekly activity report showing hours spent on the xbox for my 15 year old, but the daily totals are always out by a day.

The e-mailed report shows he spent 8 hours online on Friday, but this was actually Saturday.

The e-mail shows:

But if I log in and check the details online I get :

In every case, the e-mail is out be a day.

Why is the weekly report wrong, is this a setting somewhere that I need to change, or is it a problem that MS need to look at?

It's obviously not a huge issue, I can see what's happening and I still get the information I need, but it just irks me every time.

Can I see my own Activity report

Hi, I currently receive a weekly activity report when my son uses the Xbox.

Is there a facility to view and receive my own Activity report?

I have confirmed this is an issue also on my kids accounts, I will be logging in a bug report on this issue.

Seems it is a server issue, not a Xbox issue.

I looks like your report is starting the week on Saturday and not Sunday which is throwing the report off by one day. This looks like a bug. I see that my grandkid's report is the same way in email and the web site show the week starting on Sunday.

I will try to report this a bug to Microsoft.

On Xbox One, activity is reported while your child is signed in on the console, even if others are using the device.

Could it be he has given another person access to his account and they are using it. Are there any games or apps showing that he wouldn't normally play ?

Ha ha. I would normally agree but he’s 9 and the xbox isnt in his bedroom so its impossible for him to be on it for 19 hours.

(Im also aware he shouldnt be playing some games at 9 😉)

Hi. Thank you for your reply.

I decided to contact Microsoft Xbox Support this morning. They asked me to reset the Xbox and re-sign in etc.. as they say it could have been a problem regarding the settings. Ive done this, so I shall see how this goes.
