Website to join Xbox Rewards not working

I am unable to join Xbox Live Rewards. The only way to join is through the website. However, clicking to join simply reloads the page I am on and doesnt go anywhere. I am quite tired of seeing the pop-up to go to the faq everytime I click to join, when the
faq states very clearly states that I can currently join by clicking on that link. The same thing happens whether I am logged onto microsoft rewards or not. I understand that they are merging soon but 2 months is a lot of time to earn rewards. Id like to start
now.

Site problems

so I've been trying to sign up for Xbox rewards through the website but every time I press the 'join Xbox live rewards' button it sends me back to the same page. I've tried numerous different ways and times but it's still not working. Id love some help but
no rush.

 

Can't join Rewards due to age

I have already corrected my age in MS account , and yet my attempt to join Rewards is still not working.

is my account with Gold subscription, and would like this account to join Rewards as well.

What else should I do to have this account join the Rewards program?

Since the pogram is about to be shut down, it is no longer possible to join.

As stated in the pop up, Xbox Live Rewards is becoming Microsoft Rewards in your region. Since the program is ending in your region, you cannot join the program.
