Website sending me to another page logged off when pressing on ''my microsoft account''

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you're having issues logging in to your Microsoft account. What platform do you use when logging in? Is there any error message?

To ensure that what you're experiencing is not related to any possible issue with your browser, please try to use a different browser such as Microsoft Edge and use InPrivate window. See if you will get the same results.

When I go to that website (and substitute the US with GB) I press 'Turn off' button to the left, it just takes me to the My Account page, and then I press the change button beneath the Automatic renewal: on setting, but it still takes me to the 'Help us
protect your account' page.

I don't understand. Don't have a place to disconnect the account? It's even in my email, and when I press to manage the microsoft account it doesn't appear anywhere. (This in the browser). It keeps sending me to this thread when I log into my account on the xbox website https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/online-safety/manage-app-privacy-settings -Xbox one

When I click on "Manage payment options" it sends me to a microsoft accounts page telling me it sent an email to my work email. This is not the account that I use to log into live, it's another email address it says it uses to make things more secure.

It's weird that you have to have two email addresses to make things secure...

When I click the button where entering for the first time with a cleared cache, sometimes I can log in with a Microsoft account, which brings me to the FAQ Page.

But... after doing that I am not logged in, and pressing the button again just brings me to the FAQ page. Not even an option to log in with a Sea of Thieves account, it's just a button to bring me to the FAQ page
