Webcam stuck on preview loading

Based on research, you’ll need a 1080p webcam that has a YUY2 or NV12 format to stream with it. Most Logitech and Microsoft LifeCam webcams have this format. If your webcam is not working, you can try unplugging it and plugging it back in. If that doesn’t work, try restarting your Xbox One console.

How do you load a photo on Xbox Live? Webcam or something?

I am unable to post anything on the preview forum as it says group not found. Also, I have tried turning my Xbox off the way you described and it is still stuck on the green loading screen.

i have the exact same problem, but after waiting for 30 minutes I did a hard reset. No I am stuck at the green loading screen. I am a preview member but I didn't choose to switch to the new dashboard.

Racing doesn't have much replay value. I got bored with free bundle Forza 5. Heck I was one of the first to report the German race track bug on preview dashboard. It would get stuck on the loading screen.
