Web Issues on Cloud Gaming

Hello!

I've been using XBOX GAME PASS on my phone for quite few months and couldn't stop noticing how the app can't access web pages yet. I was ok with it because most of them can be accessed through XBox PC app, Microsoft Store or Web. Now, I've come to a point where it's preventing me from enjoying a game full experience. The game is Assassin's Creed Origins, btw, because of Ubisoft Club.

You see, I don't own a PC, the only one I have is a corporative one and I'm not allowed to install anything on it beside approved softwares from my company because of obvious reasons. So I'm not able to use Ubisoft PC application to track and complete Ubisoft Club challenges.

Does anyone knows if there are any plans to fully support functions like this one and making in-app purchases from cloud mode?

Additionally, if you have access to another device, such as a different computer or mobile device, try accessing Xbox Cloud Gaming from that device to determine if the issue is related to a specific device or browser.

Also don't forget that some browser extensions or plugins can interfere with the functionality of web applications. Disable any extensions or plugins that might be running in your browser and try accessing Xbox Cloud Gaming again.

I can’t update the app because it’s the web app in safari.

The game isn’t listed since cloud gaming beta was released on IOS, so It’s not a temporary issue.

No. The game will only be available on Windows 10 & Xbox Series X|S. However, the game will be coming to Xbox Cloud Gaming, so if you have Game Pass Ultimate, you will be able to play the game via the cloud on iOS, Android, PC web browser & Xbox One Web Browser.
