    i've been trying to contact microsoft support for many months through the webchat and the virtual agent but it does not load or nothing ive tried refreshing, closing and reopening the browser and many other things it wont let me, what do i have to do to get in touch with microsoft support?

    Hi there,

    just to be sure, have you tried the following to contact support?

    - a different browser

    - inPrivate or Incognite browsing in the browser

    - a different device

    As additional question, you mentioned your want to contact microsoft support. is that Xbox related, Microsoft related or Microsoft store related? Since they can have different contact options.

    Had a web chat with Xbox support and she confirmed have to initiate another web chat for warranty replacement should I encounter problem with the controller.
