We uninstalled rocket league on Xbox one as per instructions but can't find it in reinstall ...

We uninstalled Xbox one rocket league because all other methods failed after it froze after the latest update. It should have been available to reinstall but it's not there.... Tried to reload using the original disc but it doesn't recognise it. Any one
got any ideas as we are now stuck. Thanks

We had the disc and installed from it months ago.no problems using the installed version and as we were able to join games on line had no problems. A couple of days ago there was an update.since then haven't been able to get past the home page as it was
freezing up. Followed the X box instructions to uninstall and reinstall but after uninstalling there should have been a rocket league in reinstall but it's not there.so we are trying from scratch and use the disc to start again but the Xbox doesn't show any
recognition that the disc is there.so basically we have lost rocket league and can't get it back. Sorry for the long description but I am not at all familiar with Xbox. Any ideas please?

Try this out:

You can download a full copy of the game from the xbox store without paying a single cent!

Here is how:

1. erase the incomplete installation

2. make sure the disc is in the disc drive

3. search for the game in the xbox store

4. at the game page it should say "install"

5. download the game

6. you still need the disc in the drive after you complete the download!

Enjoy!

To be sure does this only happen with Rocket League?

Were you able to remove the profile as we requested?

If you are only seeing the issue with Rocket League be sure to uninstall the full game power cycle the console and reinstall it once more.

Yeah this happens with all my games. I can play offline but not online. Today it did that non stop so I tried to remove my account as it seemed to work a bit the first time, but now I can't reinstall my account on the console, when I try to add a new account
it does nothing.
