    We should be able to file a case review for communication suspensions


    I'll admit it, it wasn't nice of me to send "f*** you" to the person that killed me. However, I feel like it is slightly justified considering they intentionally team killed myself and squadmate during a round on Rainbow 6 Seige. Do I deserve the suspension?
    Who knows. What makes me beyond mad is that I am not given the option to submit a case review to answer that question. I feel like it is our right to be able to rebuttal Autobans. The fact that I cannot shows poor service from xbox. It is one of the many reasons
    that I, and after reviewing many forms, others are leaving the Xbox Live world for other gaming environments. What is everyone else's opinions on the matter of not being able to dispute communication suspensions?

    Background story for those who are interested: it was myself, my squadmate, and a squad of 3. One of the members from the squad of 3 through gas at myself and my squadmate, bringing our health down to 50%. I fire back lowering their
    health. I was then promptly killed buy one of the squad meets. I sent a message to that person it was reported. What I said was not right, however, in my eyes it was slightly justified given the situation that just happened. It is my assumption that that person
    that reported me for what I said and I now have a suspension on my account.

    You might be able to apply for a case review on the
    Enforcement website
    , but unfortunately there's nothing we on the forums can do about communication suspensions.

    it's not an auto ban

    And dispute what you think it does t matter who started it you yourself admitted in your answer

    You broke the rules

    You are accountable to the terms of use at all times

    You can file a case review at https://enforcement.xbox.com

    But here is a hint

    He started it won't cut it

    If it's a 24hour suspension there is no appeal because multiple teams review it and the suspensions will be over by then it is 24-48 hour turn around time

    Hey there SlothRoffle,

    If you've filed a Case Review and the review was upheld, there's nothing that can be done, you'll need to wait out the suspension. If you haven't been able to do a review yet, you'll be able to try again 24 hours after you've attempted a review. The enforcement
    teams do not visit the forums however, they only communicate through a Case Review.

    In order to submit a case review, you will need to be signed into the account in which has been banned. If you have done so already, but do not see the option to appeal, then please answer these questions:

    1. How long is your ban for?
    2. Is your ban still active?
    3. Have you tried to appeal though the Enforcement Website.
