i have two afterflow headset chat LVL 1, i try to play GOW 4 multiplayer mode online but the chat only heard in one headset not in both players, there are a solution for this issue?

Two controllers with chat headsets on same Xbox. Can they chat?

When I have a split screen game going and the two players join a party (with others not on the same console) we cannot seem to hear any chat. Should the local players be able to hear each other through the headset? Or do they only hear the party chat from
people on the other consoles? So far it is not working.

2 player chat on same xbox

I and my son ran into the same thing today. I bought us both Logitech headsets for Christmas. We are able to play split screen, and we can talk to other members of our party. But we can't hear each other talk. The headsets block out most outside noise,
so even though he and I are sitting right next to each other, we can't coordinate with each other in-game.

Microsoft if you're listening, please add an option that allows two people with headsets, playing on the same console, to chat with each other *through* the headsets.

To determine the root cause of this issue, kindly answer the following questions:

1. Have you tried playing other online games and check if the same thing occurs?

2. Have you tried connecting the headsets to a different device?

In the meantime, here are the troubleshooting methods you can perform:

Method 1: Make sure your headset is not muted

Check that the orange LED light next to the Mute button is not on.

Method 2: Power cycle your Xbox One console

Two headsets can be used on the same console, but both headsets will play the same game audio. Each player will need to log into Xbox LIVE chat separately. Each player will need his/her own Xbox controller. However, the two players cannot talk to one another.

That should work. I've played Halo: Reach on a setup with two players on the same console using two Xbox controllers with wired headsets and we were able to chat during game play on line. Have you tried it with other games?

@DazedHigh: I didn't realise that option mattered, but I think I changed it to switch it off, and I heard someone chatting today through my headset, so I think it's working. Not that it matters, because normally there's only me or one other player with a
mic in each game.
