We need a solution!

I'm getting the white screen every time an ad is supposed to appear, and there is no way out of it. I enjoy playing this game, but if this continues--I'm never coming back.

Correct HDMI transmits zeros and ones, I don't think it has issues till you get really far like 200+ feet. I don't think it needs shielding till like 100' but most do anyways. If you decide you want an analog signal to look good go with some really nice
monster cables. You should get a nice 3ft cable for about 10$.

um not all hdmi cables are created equally,you will have distortion from a cheap cable.there is a reason that some cost more than others,its not some made up thing that one is better than another.

having said that,will most people notice the diffrence?no.

would i use cheap cables with anything to do with my a/v setup?no.

if your poor and want something better than the regular tv settings would cheap cables work better than that?yes.

Another user has posted a solution for this particular issue, give the following steps a try:

Visit "settings" by searching under the start menu

Select Apps

Under "apps and features" find the Microsoft Solitaire Collection app and click on it

Select "Advanced Options"

Select "reset"

Let us know how it goes.

 

I was told yesterday by a support person I chatted with that clicking reset will re-set all your personal stats for all MSC games. That is not a valid solution.

If everyone is experiencing this problem, why won't they fix it?

 

This will delete your progress but it will sync back after re-launching if you are playing the game while signed in on Xbox Live. before.

This resetting solution worked for me!! And I didn't lose my stats. Just say "yes" when it asks if you've played the game on this computer. It will pull your stats from the cloud.
