    Hey we need a way to talk to the enforcement team about things other than the useless way we already have as they like to unfairly "mute ban etc" people for stupidly long ammounts of time

    as me, muted for 3 months because i told a kid to "**** off" as he teamkilled me and my mates for around half an hour

    then they basicly tell me im at fault and that im harrassing people and deserve to me muted.

    so as i said we need a way to talk to them personally because quite frankly i dont think any of them play games and understand the frustrations stupid kids make and really dont care about what us players say, they just go ban, mute blah blah blah because they
    have the power to and nobody is stopping them

    someone basicly needs to fire the entire enforcement team or basicly give them a big **** you as they dont seem to care about the players

    I have been advised to come here by Customer support members (Account issue)

    Customer support has no say on enforcement issues and have no direct way to talk to the enforcement team (there is no number but the enforcement page)

    I'm sorry but there is no direct contact with the enforcement team, JoelSatterfield.

    Everything that we need is on the enforcement website.

    We cannot assist with enforcement queries on the forums, these need to be directed towards the enforcement team. Unfortunately if your ban was 24 hours or less you won't have the option to appeal it.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums nor do the have a direct line through support. Their website above is the only way to contact them.
