Why have those of us who purchased the next gen version of 2k21 last year, but were unable to play it-due to extreme next gen console shortages, been issued our refunds yet?

Yes, indeed. Who has to fix the problem is the game developer.

Yeah, maybe in your country. However, from an American business perspective, customers are afforded a bit more support. If you are sold something you expect to use it. If you can not use it, due to no fault of your own, definitely more towards the business; best business practices indicate said business should rectify the problem.

Yes, 2k gaming would have had no problem if I bought it from the market place and instructed me to talk to xbox. Months later, still waiting. BBB complaint filed recently. Stay tuned.

You may also want to submit a request if you haven't already to the game developers for further investigation regarding the game, since it the issue is totally from their end.

If you purchased the game last year it is unlikely that you will get a refund. If you are having problems with the game, I recommend contacting the developer to report the bugs and to get them to work as soon as possible on the solution.
