we have accidentally turned on dvi and it’s just a black screen what do we do

We are having the same problem - green screen loading for ages then turns black. We would like to know what is going on.

I turned my xbox 1s screen override setting thingy from DVI to HDMI and my xbox turned off and has remained on a black screen. I have a digital xbox one and have NO EJECT BUTTON and cannot find a fix at all

I have same issue. My son tries to play madden 15 and screen goes black. We have to unplug and the plug back in and so far that's done the trick. Still you shouldn't have to do this. The other issue we have is sometimes the screen just freezes and the
remote can't do anything. We have to unplug again. These issues happen daily.

We are using an xbox 10 that we got at Christmas. My problem is happening more frequently. The black screen happens when we are in the middle of playing minecraft, but now it happens while we are signing in. It would turn to a black screen on the tv at
random times, but we would always continue to have audio. We get no error codes or messages when it happens, just a black screen. I have it set up so we get updates loaded automatically and when I checked it we were up to date already. Now it will turn black
even during login. I looked at every problem listed in the above suggestion and none of them matched my problem. Can you please help us? My grandson is so disappointed. Thank you for your support.

I would ask for my money back from the online store. Then i would go to a GameStop and get you a 360.



I went through this with some tires. Got them online to save money and it ended up costing me alot more. I will never buy anything online where I cant get to a store some what close.
