We Happy Few Bonus Content

I purchased We Happy Few while it was a preview game. Back in 2017. I was told by Xbox Support that that rolled over into a preorder for the full game that was recently released. I asked if I would get the preorder bonus, the umbrella and the season pass,
the guy I talked to said I would. Fast forward to the game releasing and I do not have the bonuses. I have followed all the steps Xbox Support has given me. From resetting my xbox, readding my gamertag to my xbox, and following the steps on the WHF forum to
get my umbrella. None of these options have worked. I reached out again and talked to Jeff. He's great. he's the only one I feel I've talked to that has gone above and beyond to help, so kudos to him. He told me to post here to see if you could be of any
help.

We Few, We Happy Few...

I have completed the entire campaign on 4 player coop, have a check mark by every act, the progress bar is all the way full, but it does not give me credit for this achievement. Any ideas?

This issue has come up before. Most people just replayed the first mission, some people had to replay the last mission. Thats as much as I know about it. If that doesn't help I'd try gearsforums.epicgames.com

If you haven't already, you'll need to submit a request to Gearbox and they'll make sure you get everything. Submit a request – Gearbox Software Support It's been a known
issue for members of the preview.

I personally LOVE the game.

I have been playing it since the beginning. I really enjoyed the direction the game went.

So, that's not really what I was going for. Personally, I just want my bonuses

ill add you. i just reset my campaign data so i need to do the whole thing over 4 player(we few we happy few was glitched)
