    We did not receive Lovers in a Dangerous Space Time when we ordered XBOX Live Gold


    Microsoft had a discount deal with XBOX Live Gold back in the summer, which also included the game "Lovers in a Dangerous Space Time". We never received the code for this game. This is the sixth time we have tried to resolve this issues with Microsoft
    Support. We would truly appreciate if someone in Microsoft would resolve this issue soon. Our reference number is 1345708311. Our last two Answer Techs were Brian M and Jonie F. Thanks.

    To clarify on this promotion, customers would have needed to purchase 12 months of Xbox Live Gold through the in dash promotional ad for this. (Prepaid codes for Xbox Live would not be eligible in this case) The promotion ran from July 8, 2016 to August
    3, 2016 and was only valid for customers in the US, Canada, Australia and United Kingdom.

    To clarify, did you purchase the Xbox Live subscription on this account or through another one? If it was on another account can you please post here with that account so we can take a closer look in it?
