“We couldn’t sign you in to Xbox Live

When trying to load up Football Manager 2021 on the Xbox Game Pass for Pc, I have an error message as it tries to sign it saying “We couldn’t sign you in to Xbox live”. I have tried resetting everything, uninstalling everything and more, but it hasn’t worked. I’m not sure if this is a problem with the game, as I’ve tried other game’s and they have worked.

- Go to Settings.

- Select Network Settings.

- Select Advanced Settings

- Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

- Select Clear.

- Allow the console to restart when prompted.

- Try the game again

Same, I've reset router and settings ect and still says the same but cba to call Xbox

I can choose the sign in button but my account isn’t on the 360 emulator (because a possible solution was to remove the profile off of the xbox one and 360 emulator) so it directs me to download a profile. when this problem first started happening my
account was on the 360 emulator but if I chose to sign in it would say it couldn’t connect to Xbox live so it couldn’t sign me into my profile.

So this is his first Xbox and it kept saying he couldn’t sign into Xbox live so idk what to do and me and him were talking and we just thought maybe he needs an xbox360 account but I thought him already having an account would automatically let him play online on black ops 1

1170000 – Xbox Live couldn’t sign you in. Usually this means that there’s a Windows Update that didn’t install.

Are you trying to log in on the console and getting this error or on the console? Did you change the email address on your account or did you create a new account entirely with the gmail account?
