    Tried firing up my Witcher 3 after its update completed just awhile ago. However, I was greeted with this message
    (we couldn't get your latest saved data ) and it will not let me play at all.

    Suggestions?

    Lately I've been having a problem where whenever I try to start a game I get an error that says "We couldn't get your latest saved data". There are two options below the error one says "try again" and "use offline". If I try again the same thing happens
    and if I go offline then I can't play games such as Overwatch which requires me to be online. I've looked at many posts and many recommend a hard reset. I've done about 20 hard resets and the same error shows up. Are there any things I can do to fix this.

    This is currently a known issue that the Engineering team are working on. Hopefully it won't be long before its get restored.

    If you see that error, this can mean that the Xbox Live service for social and gaming may be limited. If you see any Xbox Live service status alerts here, wait until the service is up and running and try again. Check this support link for more info:

    A few solutions come to mind.

    Check your connection to Xbox Live and if any errors come up start troubleshooting those errors.

    After that easiest fix is Sign out then sign back in.

    Check the game. Doesn't work then just keep going.

    Restart the console from settings > Restart console (do not go to all settings)

    Remove your profile and re-add it.

    Check if other games sync if not reset your Xbox but keep my games and apps.

    If all other games work but not this one uninstall the game and reinstall it. Then move on to the reset but keep games and apps again.

    If it sill isn't working then reset the Xbox and remove everything.

    This is an error that is caused by a few different things. Most common is that you are having an issue with your internet connection. After that it can be caused by account corruption or not having synced account information. Game corruption, System update
    corruption, and an odd one but online save corruption or incomplete upload from elsewhere. At any point during the troubleshooting above you want to you can give up on the game save and delete it from everywhere that way a new game save will be made when you
    go online.
